采用联合手术治疗合并白内障的玻璃体视网膜疾病效果评价

Effect of Combinative Operation in Vitreoretinopathy with Cataract

目的评价联合手术治疗玻璃体视网膜疾病合并自内障的疗效及并发症。方法回顾性分析147眼玻璃体切割术联合白内障摘术除治疗各类玻璃体视网膜疾病合并自内障的效果及并发症。结果术中I期植人人工晶状体17眼，随访3～24月，118眼术后最佳矫正视力提高（80．3％）。影响视力提高的主要原因为黄斑病变及眼外伤后黄斑部损伤。并发症主要有角膜水肿、后囊混浊。结论联合手术是治疗玻璃体视网膜疾病合并白内障的有效办法。

Objective To evaluate therapeutic effect and complications after vitrectomy and cataract extraction in vitreoretinopathy with cataract. Methods A retrospective analysis include 147 cases＂ therapeutic effect and complications after combinative operation in vitreoretinopathy complicated cataract. Results 147 eyes received combinative operation in vitreoretinopathy with cataract and follow-up was 3-24 months. 118 eyes vision was improved（80.3 %）, 29 eyes has no change. Intraocular lens implantment operated on 17 eyes. The eyes vision was improved all. After operation, the cause of impaired vision was maculopathy or macular injury during trauma. Beside, main implications were corneal edema and posterior capsula opacity PCO. Conclusion Combinative operation is an available therapy on vitreoretinopathy with cataract.
