摘要
目的:探讨颜面部犬咬伤的伤口处理原则。方法:回顾性分析并总结2004年6月～2007年6月整形外科治疗颜面部犬咬伤28例的临床资料。结果:所有病例无一例发生狂犬病。伤口Ⅰ期Ⅱ/甲愈合20例,Ⅲ/甲愈合6例;Ⅱ期愈合2例。Ⅰ期愈合病例,伤口瘢痕符合整形美容要求。结论:按照整形外科原则对颜面部犬咬伤进行Ⅰ期修复是安全的、可行的。
Objective To investigate the therapy to the wounds of dog bite injuries in the facial region with priciplization of plastic surgery. Methods The 28 cases of facial dog bite injuries were studied retrospectively. Results No cases was suffered from hydrophobia.26 cases were healed by primary intention and the operations were successful with small scars.2 cases were delayed healing. Conclusion It is suggested that the therapy to the wounds of dog bite injuries in the facial region with priciplization of plastic surgery is feasible,
