上颌前部阶段性骨切开术结合正畸治疗上颌前突

Anterior maxillary segmental osteotomy combined with orthodontic treatment for maxillary protrusion

目的:探讨上颌前部阶段性骨切开术联合正畸治疗上颌前突的方法。方法:选择19例上颌前突患者,行术前正畸治疗,择期行上颌前部阶段性骨切开术,术后正畸排齐上下牙列;术后做头影测量分析。结果:19例患者均取得较好的外观改善及正常的咬合关系,SNA达到正常范围,ANB角明显减小。讨论:上颌前部阶段性骨切开术结合术前术后正畸是治疗上颌前突的有效方法。

Objective To evaluate the effect of anterior maxillary segmental osteotomy（AMSO） combined with orthodontic treatment for maxillary protrusion. Methods Nineteen patients with maxillary protrusion were treated with anterior maxillary segmental osteotomy combined with orthodontic treatment. Changes of angle SNA and angle ANB were observed during follow up phase. Results After the AMSO treatment, SNA angle and ANB angle had reduced markedly, and good appearance effect and occlusion relation were achieved. Conclusion Anterior maxillary segmental osteotomy combined with orthodontic treatment can achieve the best curative effect on treating of maxillary protrusion.
