摘要 目的:评价800nm半导体激光治疗先天性脊柱裂伴腰骶部多毛症的脱毛效果。方法:应用波长为800nm的半导体激光对6例先天性脊柱裂伴发腰骶部多余毛发进行治疗。4~6周治疗1次,4次为1个疗程。肤色较黑或毛发较粗硬的患者,脉宽设置100ms或400ms;肤色较浅或毛发较细软的患者,脉宽设置30ms。一般能量密度从28~30J/cm2开始,最高能量密度可达40J/cm2。随访6个月观察不良反应。结果:经4次治疗后,局部毛发基本完全脱落。随访6个月,仅2例患者脱毛部位毛发再生,再生毛发面积不超过原有脱毛面积的10%,且再生毛发较治疗前变得细软,生长延迟;无炎症后色素沉着、色素脱失、紫癜、瘢痕等并发症。结论:800nm半导体激光治疗先天性脊柱裂伴发的腰骶部多毛症安全有效、并发症少,是一种比较理想的脱毛方法。 Objective To assess the hair-removal effect and safety of an 800nm diode laser on hypertrichosis of congenital spinal dysraphism. Methods Six patients with hypertrichosis of congenital spinal dysraphism were treated with an 800nm diode laser. Four sessions were performed at an interval of 4 -6 weeks. Pulse width were utilized according to the patients" skin color and texture of hairs. The energy fluency was 28-40 J/cm^2. Follow-up was done 6 months after the last session. Results The hairs were mostly or fully removed after the fourth session. Hair regrowth was observed on only two patients after 6 months follow-up. The area of hair regrowth was less than 10% of the area of hair removal. The hairs of regrowth became thinner and softer than before. Hair regrowth was delayed. There was no hyperpigmentation, hypopigmentation, purpura and scarring. Conclusion 800nm diode laser is a safe and effective treatment option for hair removal on patients with hypertrichosis of congenital spinal dysraphism, with relatively few side effects.
