舌体肥大患者牙列缺失的修复设计

The restorative design in the treatment of edentulous jaws with macroglossia

目的:回顾舌体肥大病因,介绍舌体肥大伴无牙颌患者的修复设计及制作方法,并提出舌体肥大伴无牙颌患者的修复设计思路。方法:按照Myer分类法将舌体肥大分为3类,并按照病变分类设计不同治疗方案,以一例舌体肥大伴轻度精神障碍患者的临床病例介绍舌体肥大伴无牙颌患者的修复设计及制作方法。结果:下颌活动义齿稳定性良好,较好的恢复了患者面型及咀嚼功能,患者满意。预约定期复诊,进行义齿的调合及缓冲,保持义齿固位稳定,并观察舌体位置是否改变。结论:舌生理引导是针对舌体肥大的一种简单有效的治疗方法,但远期效果需进一步观察。

Objective To review the causes of hypertrophy of the tongue, introduce the methods of the tongue of the mast on edentulous patients restoration design and production, and made design idea on the tongue mast with the restoration of dental patients. Methods Using the Myer classification of Tongue mast, it is in accordance with the design lesion classification of different treatment a case of people in mental disorders with the tongue mast edentulous introducing design and production of repair methods. Results Mandibular dentures has good stability, patients express satisfaction with good face and chewing function. Reservation regular reexamination, the blending and denture buffer, and maintain stability of denture retention, and to observe whether the change in position of the tongue. Conclusion Tongue guide physiological hypertrophy is a simple and effective method of treatment, but the long-term effects need further observation
