摘要 论述了酸溶法柔性光纤传像束的制造工艺原理以及同轴三层单丝和复丝成纤系统的设计原理。该成纤系统主要由原料进给系统、玻璃熔炉/坩埚系统、成纤/丝径控制系统以及切丝/计量/废品剔除系统等若干个子系统组成,具有操作稳定性好,调节范围广,自动化程度高,产品质量好等优点。详细讨论了系统的结构以及操作原理。 The principle for manufacturing flexible image bundle by acid leaching process and the fiberizing systems for the single fiber as well as the multiplier are elaborated. The systems are mainly composed of a feeding mechanism, a melting furnace, a pulling machine and a diameter controller, a cutting and rejecting mechanism. The systems are characterized by stable operation and high quality products. Structure and functions of each mechanism are discussed.
