摘要
介绍了OPC技术及其数据采集的基本原理,在此基础上提出了PC和PLC通过以太网构成的控制系统方案,简单介绍了系统的OPC Server硬件组态设置的方法,利用OPC标准驱动方式在VB中实现了PC与Siemens S7-200PLC实时通信,并提供了由VB开发的OPC Client软件程序.所介绍的方法具有一定的代表性,已应用于实际项目,目前系统运行稳定、可靠,效果良好.
The OPC technology and the principles of OPC data access is introduced in this paper. The main purpose is to design a PC and PLC control system based on Ethernet. The method of OPC Server＇s hardware configuration is also presented. Discussion is made for the method of communication between PC and S7-200 PLC by OPC on Visual Basic platform. The main VB program of the OPC Client software is provided. The method is applied in practical project. The system is running with steady, reliable and good performance.
