摘要
泵站裂缝是一直困扰工程界的"疑难杂症",裂缝的出现使人们对于泵站能否安全运行产生很大的疑虑。针对这种情况,将冷却水管技术应用于泵站施工期,并且采用"表面保温+内部水管降温"的双重防裂措施。以上方法在南水北调淮安第四泵站工程中得以应用,获得了良好的效果,迄今为止在已经完工的部分尚未发现裂缝,可以为类似工程建设提供借鉴作用。
Since cracks make people feel doubtful about the safe operation of projects, cracks in pump stations are a problem that has been perplexing the field of engineering. To deal with the problem, the author puts forward the application of pipe cooling to the structure of pump stations. In addition, a dual measure including superficial preservation and pipe cooling for crack prevention is proposed. With the application in one pump station, the above methods proved to be effective. So far, no cracks have been found in the completed part of the structure. The result shows that the method can be applied to similar projects.
