多泥沙河流水轮机的磨蚀与防护技术的研究 被引量:1

摘要 水轮机磨蚀一直是困扰多泥沙河流上水电站安全运行的难题,通过分析泥沙磨蚀的特性,水轮机磨蚀的破坏特征,提出了关于水轮机过流表面防护、减少过机泥沙、机组检修策略与方法等方面的水轮机泥沙磨蚀的防护措施,为我国其他多泥沙河流水轮机的磨蚀防护提供了理论依据,对提高我国水电站的安全运行和经济效益具有重要的意义。 The abrasion and corrosion on hydraulic turbine is a big problem all the time that gravely affects the safe operation of hydropower stations on sediment-laden rivers. Through an analysis of destructiveness of abrasion and corrosion on hydraulic turbine, some protective measures are proposed in terms of the protection of flow surface of turbine, the reduction of passing bedload and other maintenance strategies for hydraulic generating units. These strategies lay a theoretical foundation for protection against the abrasion and corrosion on hydraulic turbine on the sediment-laden river. Apparently, they are of great significance to the safe operation of hydropower stations and to their economic benefits.
