摘要
高校政治辅导员的作用十分重要,但他们却面临着角色、工作职责要求与实际工作、队伍素质要求与培养使用、工作绩效考核与工作条件待遇等多种悖论。其源在于相关各方长期对辅导员的职责定位不明确,使用、培养、考核制度不完善,对其认识观念存在偏差等,导致辅导员被边缘化。为了改善辅导员的生存状况,需要按照和谐社会建设的要求,着力于构建辅导员的阶梯状维度,使他们形成各得其所、各尽所能、特色发展的局面。
With an important role to play, university counselors are nevertheless faced with a paradox in terms of their responsibility, training, evaluation and compensation. This is d'ue to the marginalization of counselors as a consequence of an inadequate system and erroneous thinking. To improve their existence, a tiered framework should be established that is more commensurate with a harmonious society Where university counselors may perform their functions properly, receive their due, and attain full development.
