摘要
2004年12月,江苏海事职业技术学院图书馆引入ISO-9001质量标准,建立了图书馆质量保证体系,提高了图书馆的管理质量和用户满意度。文章通过对图书馆质量管理体系建立与运行实践进行反思,提出了如何增强体系适应性的几点建议。
In December of 2004, the library of Jiangsu Maritime Vocational and Technical College introduced the ISO-9001 quality management system, established a quality assurance system in the library so that to improve the quality of management and the service to the users. Based on the establishment of quality management system and the operation practice of the system above-mentioned, the author presents some suggestions in order to enhance the adaptability of the system.
