摘要
对北京市8所高校130名图书馆员工的工作满意度做了调查,目的是找出影响员工工作满意度的主要因素,为高校图书馆管理者制定满足员工需要的管理政策提供依据。通过调查研究、员工访谈和专家咨询等方法,设计高校图书馆员工工作满意度量的初始表,借助SPSS13.0统计分析软件,进行了项目分析和因素分析,修正工作满意度量初始表,建立了一个正式的包含6个维度、36个题项的高校图书馆员工工作满意度量表。经过信度检验,该表具有优良的效度,可以进一步推广应用于同行业人员的工作满意度研究。
Based on the investigation among 130 full-time librarians in 8 universities in the city of Beijing, this study attempts to explore the main components of the job satisfaction of the university librarians and to provide the basis for the university administrators concerned to take reasonable measures in planning their management work. The first step was carried out by granting interviewings with the librarians and consulting professional experts. The survey was modified by means of item analysis of different factors with the help of SPSS 13.0. The results of this 6- dimension and 36-title have been proved to be of good reliability and validity. And it is worth of spreading and popularizing in all libraries.
