摘要
简介了表征界面性能的方法,并从纤维的表面改性、消除残余应力和减缓界面区域的应力集中3方面介绍了界面性质对纤维增强复合材料的影响。研究表明:由于界面相的复杂性,纤维增强复合材料界面理论和界面优化的研究还存在许多有待于进一步研究和解决的问题,但在指导复合材料的工艺和性能改善上已经起到十分明显的作用。
This paper introduced a method to express the interface properties of composite materials, and the effect of interphase characterization on the fiber-reinforced composite materials from the aspects of fibers surface modification, elimination of residual stress and slowdown of stress concentration at the interface areas. The research shows that, because of the complexity of the interface, though there are still many problems in the study of the interface theory of the fiber-reinforced composite materials and in the study of optimization of the interface, which reeds to be further solved, this effort has played a very important role in guiding the process of composite materials and improvement of their performace.
