摘要
对不同倍性苹果嘎拉(二倍体)、4-9(四倍体)、富士(二倍体)、天星(四倍体)叶片的叶绿素荧光参数进行了测定分析。结果表明:四倍体苹果叶片的荧光参数(Fv,Fv/Fm,Fv/F0,Fm/F0)显著高于二倍体,因此四倍体苹果叶片相对于二倍体苹果叶片而言,具有更强的光系统活性、光能转化效率和电子传递效率,能将所吸收的光能更有效地转化为化学能。
The chlorophyll fluorescence parameters in the leaves of different ploids apple were measured in gala(Diploid),4-9(Tetraploid),Fuji(Diploid),Tensei(Tetraploid).The chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of tetraploid were higher than those of diploid.Further analysis indicated,the leaves of tetraploid apple had higher PSⅡ activity,light energy transforming efficiency and the transmitting rate of photosythetic electrons than those of diploid,which could turn the light energy absorbed into chemical energy effectively.
