摘要
在建立真实人体口腔模型的基础上,对口腔咬合仿真进行了研究。利用平移、旋转与曲线运动相结合,给出了下颌骨髁突的运动轨迹并利用光线与物体表面相交算法,得出义齿模型的冲突区域。根据该冲突区域,对曲面进行调整来消除冲突区域。最后,利用咬合仿真运动验证了义齿模型不含有冲突区域,为下一步数控加工做了准备。交互性贯穿于整个仿真过程,充分体现人机交互的优越性。
Occlusal simulation in dental restorations is studied based on constructed oral model of actual human. The movement tracks of condyloid process are given using combination of translation, rotation and curvilinear motion. Collisional areas are taken by ray-surface intersection algorithm and removed through regulating surface. Finally, it is proved that there are no collisional areas included in false tooth model by using occlusal simulation, which is prepared for the following numerical control machining. Interaction impenetrates all simulative processes, which shows the superiority of Human-Computer Interaction.
