摘要 详细介绍了电磁制动器CAD平台的框架结构及装配系统的功能。系统把结构参数、尺寸参数保存在数据库中,通过数据库向用户共享可操作数据,实现零部件模型和数据库之间的双向驱动,解决了特定产品CAD系统中产生的结构参数与产品几何模型尺寸参数间的传递问题,装配系统还具有装配工艺规划与仿真功能。讨论了为实现相应功能装配模型的建立方法,给出了模型库与数据库双向关联与装配工艺规划功能的实现方法。 The frame structure of the cad platform in electromagnetic brake has been given detailed account. The function of the assembly system in the platform has also been given account. By means of saving the parameters in the database, it shares these operable data to users through the DB server and performs the two-way drive between the part models and the database. The problem of information transmission between product structural parameters and dimensional parameters of it geometric model has been effectively solved. Meanwhile the system has the functions of assembly process planning and simulation. To realize these corresponding functions, the assembly model has been founded and it building method has also been discussed.
