介绍广西防汛水文计算机广域网设计方案和实施技术；叙述多种网络协议的集成方法。
This paper introduced a kind of the most popular-advanced design and modern practical technique of computer wide areas network. It also stated the integration method of various networks agreement and situation of visitting each other amid heterogeneity operating systems in same a local areas network.
