Network Monitoring and Controlling System Based on Power Plant

惠州LNG发电厂220kV网络监控系统采用NS2000计算机监控,实现对电厂电气设备的实时监控和信息管理。其采用分层分布式模块思想设计,分站控层和间隔层2层,2层之间通过通信网络相连。系统功能包括数据采集与处理、监视及报警、控制操作、统计计算、同步对时、远动、电能量管理,以及自诊断。

The 220kV grid supervisory control and data acquisition system of Huizhou LNG Power Plant adopts NS2000 computer for real-time monitoring and information controlling on electrical equipment. The design idea adopts delamination distributing module. It was divided into stage control layer and spacing layer and was joined via communications network between the two layers. Functions of the SCADA system include data collection and disposal, surveillance and alarm, control operation, statistics account, synchro time adjusting, tele-control, electric energy measure and self-diagnosis.
