Command and Control System for Emergent Divisions Based on GIS and GPS

基于GIS与GPS的应急分队指挥控制系统,由指挥中心、无线通讯网络与远程分队组成。系统采用C/S结构,分GPS定位、GIS、态势标绘、决策支持、无线数据传输5个功能模块。系统关键技术包括电子地图显示、GPS数据提取、GPS信号数据与文件传输数据识别及道路分析。

The Command and Control System for Emergent Divisions Based on GIS and GPS consist of command center, wireless communication network and emergent divisions. The system based on C/S Architecture is divided into four logic functional modules： GPS positioning, GIS, Situation plotting and displaying, decision-making and wireless communication. There are some key technologies in the system, such as the display of the map, the extraction of GPS data, the identification of GPS data and files, the analysis of thoroughfare and so on.
