Elementary probing into the affecting factors and the existing problems of electric price on network of the Jingnan hydropower station

论述了影响京南水电站上网电价的因素，提出了降低上网电价的几个方法。认为，在广西比较落后的工业基础上的新电高价是不可取的。

This paper discussed the affecting factors of electric price on network of the Jingnan hydropower station and gave out some methods of lowering electric price on network. And thought that new electric power should carry out new higher price is uncommendable on the Guangxi backward industry base.
