摘要
目的探讨护士工作满意度和职业态度的相关性。方法运用满意度量表(mccloskey mueller satisfaction scale,MMSS)和自行设计的职业态度调查问卷,对391名护士进行调查。结果护士工作满意度均分为(3.13±0.46)分,职业态度均分为(3.87±0.36)分;工作满意度各维度与职业态度各维度均呈正相关(P<0.01);被表扬与被认可、对工作支配及参与决策机会、工作环境对职业态度影响最大。结论护士工作满意度与职业态度均不乐观;工作满意度的提高有利于积极职业态度的形成,护理管理者应重视两者对护理工作的影响。
Objective To investigate the relationship between job satisfaction and protesslonal attitude of nurses in a general hospitals of Hubei province. Methods The Self-Designed MMSS and Professional attitudes questionnaire were used to investigate 391 nurses. Results The scores of job satisfaction and professional attitude of nurses were (3.13±0.46) and (3.87±0.36) ,respectively. There was significantly positive relationship between all the dimensions of job satisfaction and the professional attitude( P〈0.01 for all). The top three subscales affecting job satisfaction and professional attitudes were the recognition and praise, control and responsibility, and work environment. Conclusion The job satisfaction and professional attitude of nurses are not satisfactory;job satisfaction has positive effect on professional attitudes. Nursing administrators should pay more attention to the job satisfaction and professional attitude of nurses.
