癌症患者79例的情志状态调查分析

Investigation of Emotional Suatus of 79 Patients with Cancer

目的了解癌症患者的情志状态,以便更准确地运用情志护理方法,有针对性地开展特色护理。方法选择首次入住我科的癌症患者79例,在其入院1周内向其发放并收集"七情问卷表",并对表中各项内容按七情分类进行统计分析。结果79例癌症患者均存在过激情志,其中表现过怒情志者有51例(64.56%),为情志异常之首。结论癌症患者普遍存在情志过激,了解患者的情志状态并准确地实施情志护理十分重要,对疾病的治疗和转归具有重要的意义。

Objective To know about the emotional status of patients with cancer,so as to correctly give nursing service to them while taking into consideration of the emotional manifestations. Methods All the 79 cancer patients hospitalized in Traditional Chinese Medicine Department were included in this study; the patients did not received radiotherapy or chemotherapy previously. The patients were asked to complete the questionnaire within 1 week after hospitalization to collect their information of the seven kinds of emotions for statistical analysis. Results All the 79 patients had irritable emotions,and 51 patients showed hyper-anger emotions （64.56%）, which was the most common abnormal emotions. Conclusion Irritated emotion is common in cancer patients. It is very important to know about the emotional status of cancer patients; it may help to give correct nursing care in time, and is of great significance to the treatment and prognosis of patients.
