摘要
目的了解住院精神病患者藏药原因,以便更好地实施相应的护理对策,改善治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2005年6月至2007年6月所有住院精神病患者中88例藏药患者的藏药原因及方式。结果首次住院患者藏药次数明显多于多次住院患者;藏药方式多以藏于舌下、齿龈间和手指缝者居多;时间以住院2周内发生率最高;主要原因是对自身疾病缺乏自知力、对药物缺乏认识。结论通过分析藏药原因,并制定相应的护理对策,可有效减少或杜绝患者藏药行为。
Objective To investigate the reasons for medicine hiding behavior in psychiatric patients in hospitals so as to exercise better nursing and improve the treatment outcome. Methods The reasons and methods of drug hiding behavior were retrospectively analyzed in 88 psychiatric patients from July,2005 to July,2007. Results More patients hided their drugs during their first hospitalization. And the hiding methods were mainly under the tongue, between gums and between fingers, mostly occurred during the first 2 weeks of the hospitalization. The main reasons of hiding medicines included the lack of cognition for their illness and the medicines. Conclusion Through analyzing the reasons of medicine hiding behavior, we can effectively reduce the drug hiding behavior in psychiatric patients.
