加强独立学院党的建设工作的思考

The thought about strengthening the party construction work of independent academy

独立学院是个新生事物,既不同于普通的公办高校,也不同于典型的民办高校,有其特殊性,其党的建设工作没有先例可循、没有经验可借鉴。当前,独立学院党建工作相对滞后,与其快速发展的态势不相适应。本文分析了独立学院党的建设工作的现状及存在问题,提出了加强独立学院党的建设工作的思路对策。

Independent academy is a newborn thing with its particularity which is different from normal official college and typical private college. Its party construction has no precedent or experience which can be referred to so that it appears ralative hysteretic nature which is not suitable for its rapid growth. The paper analyzes the situation and the existing problems and then proposes countermeasure to strengthen the party construction work of independent academy.
