摘要
目的探讨采用DICOM数据,结合交互式医学影像控制系统及CAE软件快速构建髋骨三维有限元模型的可行性及方法。方法将CT扫描获得的髋骨原始DICOM数据输入Mimics软件重建三维实体模型,并经面网格优化后输入Ansys中分配单元属性、控制单元尺寸、划分体网格,并经赋材质后得到髋骨有限元模型。结果有限元模型几何形态逼真,网格分布合理,疏密得当;最终包含80 958个单元、124 369个节点,1种单元类型,2种材料属性。结论采用DICOM数据,结合交互式医学影像控制系统及CAE软件能快速高效地构建髋骨三维有限元模型,该方法可重复性强,模型质量容易控制,可推广用于其他部位有限元模型的构建。
Objective To discuss the feasibility and method of constructing the 3-dimensional (3-D) finite element model of hipbone using DICOM data, Mimics and CAE software. Methods The DICOM data were imported to build the 3 D solid model in mimics, and the element type distributed, the element size controled and the volume mesh after remeshing divided. The 3- D finite element was built after adding the material property. Results The shape of finite element model was very realistic. The mesh's distribution was in reason. The finite element model contained 80 958 elements, 124 369 nodes, 1 element type and 2 material properties. Conclusion The 3-D finite element model of hipbone can be constructed rapidly and efficiently using DICOM data, Mimics and CAE software. This method has better repeatability and can easily control the model's quality. It can extend to constructing other organs' finite element model.
