对两栖式液压挖掘机非标准链轮齿形进行选点分析计算，采用数控火争切割技术代替机加工工艺获得满意齿形，对同类型机构零件加工有一定指导作用。

Based on the calculation of sample points of amphibian hydraulic digger for the nonstandard shape of chain gear, the flame-cutting by numerical control was used instead of machine processing, and satisfactory results were achieved. The method will provide va1uable guidance for the processing of the same type parts.
