特种旅游有别于观光旅游和度假旅游等常规旅游。特种旅游具有新奇性、自主性和风险性。开发特种旅游应因地制宜,注意控制风险。
Special tour is different from conventional tour , like sightseeing , vocation and so on. Special tour is characterized by novelty independence and risk. Developing special tour should take measures suited to local conditions and pay attention to control the risk
