摘要
为了探讨盐胁迫对萱草生理特性的影响,采用水培方法,对四个萱草材料在0.0%、0.2%、0.4%、0.6%、0.8%、1.0%NaCl水溶液下的渗透调节物质变化进行了研究。结果表明:在处理第22 d时,随着胁迫浓度增大,钠离子含量增大,变化幅度依次为:黄花菜>玫瑰红萱草>重瓣大花萱草>大花萱草;在1.0%NaCl处理浓度下,随着胁迫时间延长,萱草叶片的质膜相对透性和脯氨酸含量增大,可溶性糖含量随处理时间先升高后降低。研究证实了四种萱草的耐盐能力由强到弱依次为:大花萱草、玫瑰红萱草、重瓣大花萱草、黄花菜,其较小的质膜透性和钠离子含量,较高的可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量是萱草4个重要的抗盐生理指标。
In order to probe into the effects of salt stress on osmotic adjustment substance in Hemerocallis fulva , using four kinds of Hemerocallis fulva as materials, trough the water planting method, the osmotic adjustment substance change of Hemerocallis fulva cultivated in the liquid which contained 0.0% .0.2% .0.4% ,0.6% ,0.8% ,1.0% NaCl were studied. The results show that: after 22 days, when the concentrations of solution add, the Na^+ content increase, and the range of change in order is: Hemerocallis citrina 〉 Hemerocallis fulva var. florepleno 〉 Hemerocallis fulva var. rosea 〉 Hemerocallis hybrida;Under 1.0% NaCl stress, when the stress time prolong, the membrane permeability and praline content increase, the soluble sugar content increase at first and then decrease;. The study showed the genotype difference, Hemerocallis hybrida ,Hemerocallis fulva var. rosea .Hemerocallis fulva var. florepleno,Hemerocallis citrina. Low membrane permeability and Na^+ content, high soluble sugar content and praline content are four important physiological indexes for salinity resistance in Hemerocallis fulva.
