摘要
以噻吩为原料,经草酸一乙酯一酰氯酰化反应、还原水解生成2-噻吩乙酸,总收率为74.0%,其结构经IR、GC-MS和NMR证实。
2 -Thiopheneacetic acid was synthesized by using thiophene as starting raw material, which was firstly reacted with ethyl oxalylahloride gave glyoxylic ester, then the acetyl group was reacted with hydrazine and hydrolysized and reduced under a basic condition. And it's structure was characterized by IR,GC -MS andlH NMR.
