Causes and Countermeasure of Freshmen's Interpersonal Loneliness and Conflicts

对于大学新生来说,由于在新环境下缺乏基本的交往技巧,或有一定的情绪情感障碍,易使他们感到人际孤独。同时,由于沟通障碍、习惯差异等原因,又易使他们产生人际冲突。作为教育工作者,应该针对具体情况,采取有效措施。

At university, some freshmen tend to feel lonely because of lack of basic communication skills or because of emotional obstacles. Meanwhile, some freshmen tend to conflict with others because of communication obstacles and different habits. As teachers, we should take effective measures according to specific situations.
