HPV与宫颈癌的关系及检测方法的研究进展 被引量:18

摘要 宫颈癌是一种严重危害妇女健康的恶性肿瘤,成为发展中国家妇女的主要疾病之一,在女性癌症中死亡率仅次于乳腺癌居第二位。研究已经确认宫颈癌是感染性疾病,致病首要因素是人乳头瘤病毒(human papiloma virus,HPV)感染,全世界95%的宫颈癌的标本中都可以检测到HPV。本文着重围绕HPV感染特点、检测方法及在宫颈癌检测中的应用加以综述如下。
