基于农村信息化基础设施建设出资问题的博弈分析

On the Financing Issues in the Construction of the Rural Information Infrastructure

信息化基础设施建设是实现信息化的先决条件。在农村信息化市场体系尚未形成的情况下,解决农村信息化问题,加强农村的信息化基础设施建设是关键。而基础设施建设需要大量的资金注入,文章就政府和企业的出资问题运用完全信息静态博弈理论进行分析,提出在信息化进程的不同阶段,政府应充当的角色以及政府应该采取的政策措施。

The construction of information infrastructure is the prerequisite of informationization.In the conditions of less-developed information market system in rural areas,it is essential to construct the information infrastructure,but it requires huge amounts of capital injection.By using complete information static game theory,the financing issues between enterprises and governments are analyzed;it is pointed out that in different stages,the government should play different roles and take different actions.
