人文关怀思想贯穿于人类文明发展的始终,具有鲜明的时代性、层次性和普适性,是当今社会发展的一个重要特征。人文关怀是实现科学发展的动力源泉,是构建和谐社会的有效方略,是推动社会文明的重要途径。体现人文关怀,就要改善人们的生存状况,维护弱势群体权益,维护社会公平正义,促进人的全面发展。
Humanity care exists throughout the civilization development of human beings and is characterized by time, hierarchy and universality. It is the power for scientific development, the effective measure for building harmonious society and important way to promote social civilization. Humanity care means improving people＇ s living conditions, protecting the rights of the disadvantaged, maintaining just and righteous society and promoting people＇ s all - round development.
