摘要
鉴定出1977年在白沙群岛所采集到的囊双科吸虫2新种,对中国沿海的囊双种吸虫及其对宿主的选择进行了列表分类与讨论。
This paper deals with 38 species of Didymozoidae trematodes which were collected from marinefishes along the coast of China. Among them are described 1 genus and 2 species as new.All the measurements are in mm. except ora in μm. The type specimens are deposited in theInstiuteof Oceanology, Academia Sinca, Qingdao.The distribution of Didymozoidae trematodes offshore of China and parasite-host lists are given in Table 1 and Table 2.1. Didymocystoides xishaensis sp. nov.(Fig.1)Encysted in a pair worms. Cyst round 2 mm. in diameter. Body divided into two regions, forebody and hindbody. Forebody spoon-shaped 0.255-0.289 long. 0.070-0.102 wide, at level of intestinal bifurcation, projected from anterior of hindbody. Hindbody elliptical 1.547-1.904×1.496 -1.768. Oral sucker 0.021-0.030×0.018-0.030. Pharynx small 0.012-0.018×0.010-0.018. Esophagus very short, 0.010-0.015 long, ceca extending to hindbody unknown.Testes paired, club-shaped, 0.34-0.544×0.,68-0.119, at the anterior of hindbody, lying in base of forebody. Genital pore opened posterior end of oral sucker.Ovary tubular 0.03-0.036 wide, divided into a number of branches confined to left peripheral area of hindbody. Seminal receptacle elliptical, 0.096-0.119×0.102-0.213, situated at Posterior end of right side of hindbody. Vitlline gland resembles ovary, 0.034-0.036 in width, lying on right side of hindbody. Uterus occupies all available space of hindbody. Eggs 10-12×6-10.Discussion: This species is similar to D. alalonpae(Yamaguti, 1938) and D. oesophagicola Yamaguti, 1970, but differs from them in the hotly being smaller, the ovary and vitelline gland being numbers of branches, the position of seminal receptacle, the ova being smaller and the difference of location.Host: Auxis thazard (Lacepede)Location: inner wall of intestineLocality: Yongxing Dao(of Xisha Islands)Date: February 24, 1977Infection: 25 cysts from 1 host.2. Pseudocoeliodidymocystis gen.nov.(Didymozoidae,Didymozoinae) Generic diagnosis: Complete hermaphrodite, encysted in one worm. Body divded into forebodyand hindbody. Forebody slender, hindbody bowl-shaped, a sucker situated at posterior end.Testes paired club-shaped, situated at anterior end of hindbody. Ovary tubular, single unbranch-ed, beginning centre of hindbody. Vitelline gland resembles ovary, beginning peripheral of hind-body. Seminal receptacle present lies near the sucker.Uterus occupies all available space of hindbody. Eggs small, thin-shelled. Excretory system unknown. Parasitic on inner wall of stomach of marine teleosts.Type species; Pseudocoeliodidymocystis xishaensis gen. et sp. nov.3. Pseudoceliodidymocystis xishaensis gen. et sp. nov. (Fig. 2)Encysted in one worm, cyst subglobular 6×4×2.6mm. Body divided into forebody and hindbody.Forebody slender, which was damaged in collection,mounting looked for nothing, Hindbody bowl-shaped, mounting appeared elliptical, 7.117×6.885. A sucker lies near the posterior end of hindbody, round 0.459 in diameter.Testes two club-shaped, 1.921-2.465×0.085-0.170, situated at anterior end of hindbody, taking '-'shape.Ovary tubular, single, unbranched,0.068-0.085 in width,beginning centre of hindbody, winding left side of hindbody. Seminal receptacle elliptical, 0.221×0.289, lying near the sucker. Vitelline gland resembles ovary, 0.051-0.068 in width, beginning a side of hindbody, winding extensively in the hindbody. The uterus fills up all available space of hindbody. Eggs small, 10-12×7-9.Discussion: Xisha specimen forebody was injured and the diagnosis of hiudbody found that it resembles very closely the genus Coelio-didymocystis Yamaguti, 1970.but differs from this genus hindbody having a sucker, ovary and vitelline gland being unbranched, ova being smaller and different of location.
