摘要
介绍一种基于氧负离子潘宁源的原子氧发生装置,本装置由永磁PIG离子源、两电极引出系统、电子过滤器、单透镜、减速电极和样品架组成。目前,本装置可产生通量密度为1014~1015cm-2·s-1,能量为5eV的O-粒子束流。利用此设备,对美国杜邦公司的Kapton薄膜进行了模拟实验研究,结果表明此装置能够满足低地球轨道原子氧对航天材料侵蚀作用的地面模拟实验研究的需求。
A facility to generate atomic oxygen was developed. It consists of a PIG ion source with a permanent magnet, two electrode extraction systems, an electron deflector, an einzel lens, an ion decelerating electrode and a sample bracket. At present, 5 eV O- ion beam flux is about 1014~1015 cm-Ls-1. Erosion behaviors of Kapton films were studied. The results indicate the facility can satisfy the need of ground-based simulation experiment.
