摘要
目的:对焉耆糖厂污水中分离的细菌进行生理生化实验和功能酶检测,进而为该糖厂污水的生物处理提供可参考数据。方法:生理生化方法和形态学分析。结果:分离到3株细菌。结论:依据3株细菌的形态特征和生理生化特征,分离菌可能分别隶属于气单胞菌属、邻单胞菌属和埃希氏菌属。
Objective:To detect the enzymes and the physiological and biochemical experiments of the isolates from the sewage of Yanqi sugar factory.Method:By the physiological and biochemical experiments and the morphological properties.Result:Three bacteria were isolated.Conclusion:Based on the the physiological and biochemical experiments and the morphological properties,the three isolates were likely to belong to Aeromonas,Plesiomonas and Escherichia.So,some important data would be referred to treat the sewage by biological means.
