多层螺旋CT在泌尿系肿瘤术前一站式检查中的应用价值

Value of MSCT in urinary tract tumour

[目的]探讨多层螺旋CT在泌尿系肿瘤术前一站式检查中的应用价值。[方法]23例泌尿系肿瘤患者,行多层螺旋CT检查,平扫和三期增强扫描,三期增强扫描分别重建层厚2 mm,层间距1 mm,进行图像重组肾动脉成像、肾静脉成像、尿路成像。[结果]所有患者均得到满意的肾动脉、肾静脉及尿路图像,图像诊断与病例的手术病理结果符合。[结论]多层螺旋CT一次扫描可以得到动脉、静脉、尿路三维立体图像,可以全面快速完成泌尿系肿瘤的术前检查,且诊断符合率高。

[ Objective] To evaluate the value of MSCT in the urinary tract tumour. [ Methods] Plain CT scan and contrast enhancement scan were performed in 23 patients, then the images were recombined renal arteriography, renal venography and uragraphy. [ Results ] All patients had the renal artery, renal vein and urinary images. The images diagnosis were iden- tical with the pathological diagnosis. [Conclusion] MSCT scan can obtain the 3 dimensional images including artery, vein and urine. MSCT scan can provide the quick and exact diagnosis in the urinary tract tumour.
