摘要
本文介绍关于接插件瞬断测试技术的总体设计方法,给出系统组成及关键部件的设计思路,对瞬断测试模块、动态模拟激振模块、自检模块的设计原理进行说明。采用该技术研制的测试仪能测量微秒级的瞬间断路,允许使用者根据自己对瞬间断路的判定标准对仪器进行相应的设定,例如设定断路电阻的大小、瞬间断路的时间长短。
The paper introduced the total design of instant break of electrical connector, gave the constitute parts of the system and the design method of the key parts, explained the design principle of the main modules such as instant break measure module, vibration simulation module and the self-checking module. The measure instrument with this technique could capture the one microsecond instant break of circuit. Furthermore, the user can set some criteria for the instrument, such as the resistor and the period of instant break.
