摘要
阐述项目风险管理中的风险效率概念和含义,以及引入风险效率概念对项目风险管理的意义,通过挖掘机案例分析在线性累积频率分布模型下如何应用风险效率概念进行方案选择与决策,并给出在这种简单模型下进行项目风险决策的4个原则。
This paper expounds the concept of risk efficiency and the significance of its introduction to project risk management. The way of using the concept of risk efficiency to make option and decision under linear cumulative probability distributions model is analyzed combining a case of excavator. Four principles for decision-making on project risks are also presented.
