摘要
针对空冷机组的特点,分析空冷汽轮机的主要技术问题,对大型空冷机组设计进行技术总结,在研究湿冷百万机组的基础上,提出1000MW级空冷机组的设计思路,对汽轮机热力系统优化、末级叶片的选择、排汽装置设计、给水泵配置等设计技术进行分析讨论,对其可行性和经济性进行研究。
This paper analyzed the main technical problems about the air- cooling turbine and made a summary about the design of air- cooling unit. On the basis of study of 1000MW wet cooling unit, it discussed about the optimization of turbine thermal power system, selection of last stage blade, exhaust device design and configuration of feedwater pump, and it also made the feasibility and economy study. The design conception of 1000MW air- cooling unit was presented. And the practicable design scheme of IO00MW aircooling turbine was provided for owner's reference during the pre- feasibility and feasibility study.
