摘要
采用原子吸收分光光度法测定偏磷酸镁中的铁,重点对测定偏磷酸镁中铁的前处理方法进行了研究。方法采用柠檬酸铵-硝酸溶液为溶剂,加入表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠作为干扰抑制剂,样品经过加热处理后,采用标准加入法,用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定其中的铁含量。实验证明本方法准确可靠,干扰小,方法的线性范围为0~24mg/L,线性系数为0.9997,精密度为2.47%,检出限为0.010mg/L,重现性好,有很好的实用价值。
A method of determination of iron in magnesium metaphosphate was studied in this paper. Ammonium citrate -nitric acid system was used to dissolve magnesium metaphosphate.To release interference and improve sensitivity, the surfactant sodium dodecanol sulfate was selected as sensitizing agent and suppressing agent. By flame atomic absorption spectrometry, standard addition method was applied to determine the iron. The method had little interference with satisfactory results. It was certified that the linearity was ranged from 0. 0 to 24mg/L, the precision was 2.47 %, and the detected limitation was 0. 010 mg/L.
