摘要
综述食品中亚硫酸盐分析方法,包括滴定法、分光光度法、电化学法、传感器法、色谱法、荧光法、化学发光法等及各自的特点。同时综合考虑来确定适合特定食品中亚硫盐含量的测定方法。
A review of measurement of the residues of sulfite in food products was summarized in this paper. These methods included titration, spectrophotometry, electrochemistry, sensor detection, chromatography, fluorimetry and chemiluminescence. And their performances were also discussed: Appropriate methods for the determination of sulfite in food should be considered according to the specific features.
