用气相分子吸收光谱法和钠氏试剂法对地表水和企业外排废水中的氨氮进行了测定,用数理统计的方法对两种方法的测定值进行了比较,结果显示气相分子吸收光谱法的准确度、精密度令人满意,此快速、简便的方法适用于水及废水中氨氮的测定。

Ammonia-nitrogen in surface water and wastewater discharged from enterprises were determined by gas-phase molecular absorption spectrometry method and N-reagent spectrophotometry method. The compar7 isons between the two results were made by means of mathematical statistics, .which showed the gas-phase molecular absorption spectrometry method had good accuracy and precision, and can be widely applied to determine the ammonia-nitrogen in both water and waste water.
