Discussion the Thinnest Thickness of 3″～8″ Resin Bond Abrasive Cutting Discs

探讨了在现有工艺条件下,同时平面度达到相应国家标准的情况下,树脂薄片切割砂轮的最薄厚度。它受到具体配方、成型工艺和烤制工艺等多方面因素的影响。试验结果表明:3寸砂轮厚度控制在1.0mm就可,4寸砂轮厚度做到1.3mm,4.5寸和5寸砂轮厚度为1.4mm,6寸～8寸砂轮厚度要做到2.0mm。

Under the existing technological conditions and the piece＇s flatness reached corresponding national standards, the thinnest thickness of resin bond abrasive cutting discs was discussed. Some factors such as specific formula, pressing and baking technology affected the thinnest thickness of the discs. The experimental re- sults showed that thickness of 3″ abrasive wheel was 1.0 mm, 4″was 1.3 mm, 4.5″ and 5″were 1.4 mm, 6″-8″were 2. 0mm.
