摘要
以金属中厚宽板为研究对象,采用数学计算和工程解析相结合的方法,在分析板厚方向应力应变状况的基础上,综合考虑板厚变化和应力中性层变化对弯曲工艺参数的影响,总结出既能满足数学计算精度要求,又能方便地运用到工程实践中的中厚宽板纯弯曲的一般计算方法,并通过Deform软件对选定材料弯曲过程的数值模拟,验证了计算方法的准确性.
Taking a thick wide plate as the investigate object and combining mathematical and engineering methods, the influence of the plate thickness and the neutral layer position is studued on the basis of stress and strain analysis, a general calculation method of the thick plate bending is summarize, which meets the request of mathematic precision and can be used to the engineering practices, in addition, the calculation method is validated with Deform simulation software.
