摘要
以高纯MgO(99.995%)和Al(OH)3(99.998%)为原料,按摩尔比n(MgO)∶n(Al2O3)=0.97∶1.03,采用固相反应获得高纯镁铝尖晶石粉体.ICP-MS分析结果显示其纯度为99.995%.重量实验分析结果说明,在280℃持续加热48 h,Al(OH)3可完全转变为AlOOH;XRD分析结果表明,焙烧至900℃开始出现尖晶石相,至1 400℃完全转变纯相尖晶石;晶粒尺寸范围为37.6 nm^53.1 nm(d=0.89λ/βcosθ).
This paper reports that the preparation of high-purity spinel powders by solid state reaction from high-purity MgO and AI( OH)3 powders. In the mole ratio of n(MgO) : n(Al2O3) = 0.97:1.03 purity of 99. 995% is obtained. The result of gravity analysis showed the A1 (OH)3 changing into AIOOH by heating at 280℃ for 48 h ; XRD result indicates the spinel phase occur ance at 900℃ complete disappearance at 1 400℃. The size of the spinel crystal is 37.6 nm-53. 1 nm ( by d = 0. 89A/βcos θ ). The mechanism of solid state reaction between the MgO and A1OOH powders is also discussed.
