摘要
从政策模拟的角度出发,研究宏观经济政策对电力需求的影响,以智能工程、智能空间理论为基础,提出了政策模拟的3个推理过程,将政策模拟归结为智能空间中问题的求解.提出了智能模拟实验室的思路、框架,设计实现了已知初始状态和智能路径推理目标状态的实验环境,达到在计算机上通过人机交互方式进行模拟实验的目的,在实验案例中对宏观经济政策对电力需求的影响进行模拟实验.
In this paper, three problems of policy simulation are proposed ased on intelligent engineering and intelligent space: From initial state and intelligent path to target state, From initial state and target state to intelligent path, From target state and intelligent path to initial state. The architecture and principles of the laboratory were described in detail. As example, the laboratory of the first problem was designed. We have performed some simulation experiments on impact of the macro-economic policies for electricity demand.
