摘要
目的通过复制犬急性肺栓塞模型,观测犬急性肺栓塞后肺组织微循环血液灌流量和血液流变学变化。方法成年健康家犬20只随机分成2组,即实验对照组与单纯栓塞组,各10只。2组家犬麻醉、开胸,结扎肺动脉建立犬肺栓塞的实验模型,观测肺表面微循环血液灌流值及血液流变学指标。结果肺栓塞模型建立后灌流值迅速减低,1h后灌流量呈逐渐增加趋势,而后灌流量再次表现为逐渐减少;肺栓塞模型建立后各切变率、全血黏度和还原黏度均明显升高,血浆黏度和红细胞压积2组栓塞前后均无明显变化,红细胞刚性指数及聚集指数有升高趋势(P<0.05)。结论犬急性肺栓塞的肺叶微循环灌注量下降,全血黏度增加、红细胞聚集指数和变形指数升高。
Objective By duplicating model of acute pulmonary embolism (APE) in canis familiarises, to observe hemoperfusion and hemodynamic changes of lung after APE. Methods 20 adult healthy canis familiarises were divided into two groups randomly: APE group and control group. Canis familiaris was fixed on operating table and anesthetized. Thoracic cavity was opened and the pulmonary artery was ligated in APE group to establish the model of APE, The data of hemoperfusion on surface of lung and hemodynamics of venous blood were observed. Results The hemoperfusion was decreased immediately after the establishing of APE. The increasing tendency of hemoperfusion was observed 1 hour later, then the decreasing tendency of hemoperfusion was observed following the tendency of increasing. The blood viscosity and reduced viscosity increased significantly in every shear rates after the establishment of the APE model. There is no change of plasma viscosity and packed cell volume in two groups, The increasing tendency of red cells rigidity and gathering index was observed. Conclusion The hemoperfusion is decreased and whole blood viscosity, red cells gathering index, red cells transforming index are increased in lung lobe of APE of canis familiarises.
