摘要 分析了一种新型非对称交错混合励磁同步电机的结构特征与工作原理。针对电机结构的特点,详细分析并推导出其等效磁路模型,并计算其主要性能。制作了一台1kW、8极样机,采用三维有限元方法对样机在不同励磁磁势时的空载磁场分布及每极气隙磁通进行了分析计算,最后给出了实验结果。结果表明,等效磁路分析、有限元分析和实验结果三者比较吻合,验证了等效磁路分析方法的有效性,研究工作对于电机的前期设计与分析具有重要意义。 The structure characteristics and field control principle of a novel asymmetrically stagger hybrid excitation Synchronous machine (ASHESM) were introduced. Based on the features of the ASHESM, the equivalent magnetic circuit model was derived, and its main performances were calculated. A 1-kW 8-poles prototype was manufactured. 3-D finite element analysis (FEA) was used to analyze noload magnetic field distributions and air-gap flux per pole of the prototype for different field currents. The experiments for the field control capability of the ASHESM have carried out, it shows that the circuit analysis results coincide well with the FEA and experimental results, which verified the availability of equivalent magnetic circuit analysis method.
