交流调速电机在食品加热器中的应用研究

摘要 提出了一种基于旋转电机理论的食品加热装置,介绍了食品加热器的基本结构和原理。利用有限元方法对食品加热器进行了磁场分析计算,对气隙磁场和各类损耗进行数值分析计算,从漏磁、热功率、转矩波动等角度进行定性分析,并进行了温升实验验证。通过不同结构的特性对比,给出了评价结论。 The thesis shows a new food heater based on rotating electric machine theory, and introduces the basic structure and principle of the heater. Using the finite element analysis, the thesis analyzes the magnetic field of food heater, and computes and analyzes the gas magnetic field and all classes of loss heating power, then the experimentation has been done for validating the temperature rise of heater. At last, from the points of leakage flux, heating power, torque fluctuation, and so on, the thesis balances the characteristics of primary structure and improved one, and proves that the improved one is better.
